Anchor down - Stuart, Florida

Anchor down in Stuart, Florida, around 4:30 pm today. We’ve gone 280 nm from Brunswick in 3 days and 2 nights. “Smooth sailing” the whole way, thanks to cooperating weather and our wonderful boat. Halley is superbly comfortable to live on and proves to be the same out on open water. Nice and stable even in moderate waves + no heeling since she’s a catamaran.

But, all that said, Chris and I are both pretty darn tired now and are looking forward to an early night at anchor. This is also a time to be happy that Lucy has figured out her potty business (did #1 once and #2 twice today, yay - but no worries, this is the last detail report on the subject); she could really use a good long walk (we all could), but it’s not critical, thank goodness. Instead, we are going to kick back now and will take the dinghy in to shore for a good leg stretcher tomorrow morning.
